What you are buying
A report generated from your own answers, and a comparison with your partner if they take the same instrument. The family pass is a one-off payment covering every instrument on this site, including the ones not built yet, for as long as the site exists.
Accounts
Optional. Nothing on the site requires one. If you make one we hold an email address, a hashed password if you set one, and a name if you give one — see privacy. You can delete it, and everything attached to it, from your account page; that includes anything you have paid for, and it cannot be undone.
Refunds
Ask and you get one, for any reason, within thirty days. Payments are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record, so refunds go through them.
This is not advice
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, educational or legal advice, and nothing here is a substitute for a professional who knows your child. The instruments describe approaches and what each asks of a household. They do not tell you what to do with a particular child, and they do not know anything about yours.
Accuracy
The matrices are sourced and reviewed, and they are also simplifications of large and contested literatures. Where the evidence is thin the reports say so. If you think something is wrong, tell us.
